Return and Refund Policy

At PhotoVision Pro, we aim to provide high-quality lighting and studio equipment to support your creative projects. Please review our policy below regarding exchanges, as we do not offer returns or refunds.

No Returns, No Refunds

  • No Returns or Refunds: All sales are final. PhotoVision Pro does not accept returns or issue refunds for any products, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Non-Returnable Items: This includes all products, such as LED bulb holders, light stands, and other studio equipment, regardless of condition or use.

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility for Exchange:
    • Exchanges are only permitted for defective or damaged items received upon delivery.
    • The item must be in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
    • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement:
    • To process an exchange, customers must submit a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the product being opened and the condition of the item upon receipt.
    • The video must include the product packaging, the item itself, and any visible defects or damage.
    • Failure to provide an unboxing video will result in the denial of the exchange request.
  • Exchange Process:
    1. Contact our customer service team at support@photovisionpro.com or call +919650608567 within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange request.
    2. Provide your order number, name, reason for exchange, and attach the unboxing video.
    3. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back.
    4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
    5. Ship the item to the provided return address.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is defective or shipped in error, in which case PhotoVision Pro will cover return shipping fees.
  • Replacement: Approved exchanges will result in a replacement item of the same model, subject to availability. If the item is unavailable, a similar product of equal value may be provided at our discretion.

Non-Eligible Items for Exchange

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
  • Custom-ordered or personalized products.
  • Items marked as "final sale" or clearance products.
  • Consumable items, such as LED bulbs, that have been opened or used.

Warranty

  • PhotoVision Pro products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise specified in the product listing.
  • Warranty claims require proof of purchase and an unboxing video showing the defect.
  • Contact our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim.
  • The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
