1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within India, Canada, and select international destinations. To confirm if we ship to your location, please enter your address at checkout or contact us at support@photovisionpro.com. Additional fees, such as customs duties or taxes, may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days for orders within India and 7–14 business days for international orders.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days for orders within India (where available).

Free Shipping: Available on select orders over ₹8,000 within India (excluding remote areas).
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. These are estimates only and may vary due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders. PhotoVision Pro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at support@photovisionpro.com.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. We will work with the carrier to locate your order or provide a replacement or refund, subject to our discretion.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. PhotoVision Pro is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package), we will contact you to arrange reshipping or issue a refund, minus original shipping costs. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.
